Accountant

I have always been interested in law and accounting. I worked as a legal assistant before, but it didn’t work out as planned, and then I started working as an accountant.

At that time, I realized I could help many people by communicating with them in Portuguese. But that wasn’t enough: I also wanted my clients to understand why they were getting refunds or paying taxes, or simply to answer their questions about tax rates. That’s when I decided to go back to school to learn in depth about taxes, accounting and bookkeeping. At the University of Toronto, I earned certifications in Advanced Professional Accounting and Management Accounting, and I am also a Certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks Online.

When I see my clients satisfied, read their feedback and Google reviews, and see them refer our services to friends and family, I know all this effort was worth it. It motivates me and our team to keep growing our knowledge and providing exceptional service to new and existing clients.
